Rich, deep aromas of black fruits, peonies, grey pepper...". Bourgogne Aujourd'hui (17.5/20). The vines are cultivated with respect for the environment. Hand-harvested at optimum ripeness, the grapes are fermented and the wine matured without the addition of sulfites. The aim is to produce a wine that is as natural as possible. Ageing on lees is favored for its antioxidant properties.

This is the kind of natural wine you have to taste, it's well made, no nasty surprises on tasting, this Gamay is pure fruit, pure happiness.
