A 100% Chardonnay maceration white wine from the Coursan terroirs (Aude). Its golden color hides an aromatic complexity of fruity and spicy notes. On the palate, it combines controlled bitterness, fine acidity and an elegant oxidative touch. Aged in stainless steel tanks, it should be enjoyed at 14°C, decanted for 20-30 minutes, and can be kept for 3 to 5 years. Perfect as an aperitif, with eggpla... nt caviar or strong cheeses.
