Cette cuvée s’est dotée d’une belle robe rouge pourpre, sombre, limpide et brillante.
Aroma
Au nez, les fruits rouges, cassis et framboise, ouvrent le bal suivis par des notes épicées et poivrées.
Taste
La bouche gourmande et soyeuse est dominée au départ par les fruits rouges laissant poindre par la suite des saveurs de cacao et épices. Belle longueur pour ce vin grâce à sa finale fraîche.

The appellation Vin de Pays du Vaucluse is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include La Célestière and its 0 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
