Pale in color with buttercup highlights, this cuvee has a delicate nose of white peach, almond blossom and flowering broom. Its fat, rich attack reveals a delicious, surprising sweetness that brings plenty of volume, fruit and freshness; a proudly Mediterranean style. After 5 years, it reaches its optimum tasting point. Perfect with medium-cooked foie gras.
