This cuvée reflects a more fastidious type of production and a unique vintage. Vinified with grapes from our oldest vines, the lower yields lead to a concentration of sugars in the grapes, a guarantee of great aromatic complexity.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Service reveals a pale gold color with coppery highlights. Attractive trains of bubbles appear and form a light cordon on the surface of the flute.
Aroma
Expressive and delicate. Crisp white fruits such as pear are interspersed with notes of white flowers such as acacia. On the second nose, stewed yellow fruit such as marmalade

The attack is pleasant. Ripe, cooked fruit aromas. The palate is rich and balanced, with the fruitiness of pinot noir and meunier and the floral notes of chardo.
