In a few words ...

Mas Amiel is a historic estate founded in 1815, with a great diversity of terroirs and plots, all different and with their own history and identity. Since 2017, the estate has been certified organic and biodynamic. All this is done to preserve the richness of the soil, so as to bring out the best in the grapes. Vertigo Blanc embodies dynamic youth. It's a subtle combination of the crispness of white-fleshed fruit with the tension and natural salivating freshness of a terroir already well present on these young vines. The harvest is carried out entirely by hand during the last week of August and the first week of September. Bunches are sorted on a table. Direct pressing. Settling at 10°C, without enzyming, followed by fermentation in 20 hl stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation at 16-18°C.
