Venus 2016 has a beautiful, concentrated purple color with crimson highlights. A bouquet with a strong personality asserts itself right from the opening (burnt, ink, graphite) mingled with garrigue spices and a few scents of blackcurrant and elderberry. Right from the attack, this cuvée announces a powerful ambition while preserving great elegance and a beautiful freshness guaranteed by acidity. The whole is supported by partially melted tannins. Long, smooth, fragrant finish. 50% grenache, 50% syrah.
