Domaine Chanzy was founded in 1974 in Bouzeron, but its origins date back to the 16th century, as witnessed by the cellars and wine press. The 80-hectare vineyard is mainly located in the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune regions, but the domaine also owns a few plots in the Côte de Nuits.

Certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), Chanzy's quest for excellence translates into precise work in the vineyard and the cellar, as well as a desire to promote Burgundy and its appellations, such as Bouzeron, Rully and Mercurey, which deserve to be better known. Max Blondelle, the cellar master, brings out the quintessence of these distinct terroirs while respecting their differences.

Romain Duvernay comes from a family of wine merchants. Romain Duvernay is a talented oenologist who began his career in Bordeaux, pursued it in Burgundy and ended up working for a national restaurant distributor.

With a passion for Rhone Valley wines, he and his father set up a wine merchant business in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 1998, offering wines from all over the region. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of grape varieties, in 2010 Romain Duvernay created a brand that bears his name and will be available in all the appellations of this valley.

Founded in 1913, the house has been brilliantly relaunched by Victor Duntze (4th generation) and today produces harmonious, authentic and extremely promising wines.

In the 19th century, many Germans came to bring their managerial, accounting and commercial expertise to the young Champagne houses. Names like Krug, Bollinger, Deutz and Taittinger began to make a name for themselves. Friedrich Duntze (1856-1944) was part of this wave.

Mrs Müller is an alcoholic beverage distilled from a neutral spirit that has been distilled a second time with juniper berries, then infused with a secret blend of medicinal plants. This aperitif is intended to be enjoyed before a meal, to stimulate the appetite. Inspired by nature in the Cape region of South Africa, it is made from rooibos, elderberries, blackberries, wild strawberries, wild apples, rose buds and petals, lavender and dried orange peel.

Serve pre-chilled, without ice... by freezing the bottle and serving directly from the frosted bottle...

Cape Garden Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Mrs Müller gin (South Africa)
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup (or honey)
• 5 fresh basil leaves
• 10 ml elderberry liqueur (optional, for a floral note)
• Sparkling water
• Ice cubes
• Cucumber slice or lemon zest for garnish

Recipe:

• In a shaker, add Mrs Müller gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and basil leaves.
• Shake well to infuse the basil flavors.
• Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
• Top up with sparkling water.
• Add a splash of elderflower liqueur for a floral touch, if you like.
• Garnish with a slice of cucumber or lemon zest for an elegant presentation.

Today, Maison Simonnet-Febvre produces & ages a wide range of wines expressing the different terroirs of the Chablisien and Grand Auxerrois regions. Maison Simonnet-Febvre was founded in 1840 by Jean Febvre. A traditional Chablis estate, Jean Febvre began by vinifying Chablis Mousseux, the forerunner of the future AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. Today, the estate remains the only one in Chablis to continue making Chablis Mousseux using the traditional method.

Simonnet-Febvre's terroir is quite diverse, reflecting the four vineyards that make it up: the Chablis vineyard, the Crémant de Bourgogne vineyard, the Grand Auxerrois vineyard and the Coteaux de l'Auxois vineyard.

Domaine Tour Saint Michel has been a family estate for three generations. First, Michel Fabre, who founded the estate in 1930, passed on his passion for wine to his son Henri. With the help of his wife Eliane, Henri developed and expanded the estate to 40 hectares, including 35 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Today, their daughter Mireille manages the vineyard, respecting the family tradition while bringing a more modern style.
