In a few words ...
Cabardès is a transitional region on the climatic border between east and west. The Atlantic and Mediterranean influences allow the unique marriage of grape varieties as different as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache. This cuvée's tannins give it a certain austerity, but this is a phase to get over in order to have a great wine in a few years' time. The finish is intensely chewy (but very ripe), marked by blackcurrant and a great sensation of freshness, with a persistence of chalky notes and menthol.

The nose is fine and deep, with blackcurrant, tobacco, precious woods and spices.
Taste
Full-bodied and taut on the palate, with fine acidity that draws you in severely and never lets go, and a rich, spirited, immersive texture that invades the palate.
