Climats 1er Cru Vaulignot is located west of the Chablis appellation in the commune of Beine. This cuvée comes from a plot planted in 1976. The wine is vinified in stainless-steel vats to preserve its fruitiness and minerality.
"This Chablis 1er Cru is yellow-gold in color, with green highlights. On the nose, it offers menthol and pineapple. The palate is full and persistent, with a long finish. This 1er Cru is classic in the noblest sense of the word".
