Sarl Domaine de Coste ChaudeEstimated delivery between 20 and Nov 22,
Domaine de Coste Chaude cultivates 23 hectares of hilltop vines to the east of Visan, at an altitude of around 360 meters, giving the wines a natural freshness! Vinified without de-stemming or crushing, the pressing is gentle and progressive to obtain the best possible quality juice. These juices are then clarified by natural sedimentation in the cold, followed by settling before fermentation. This Côtes du Rhône Villages Visan is a fresh, well-balanced wine, a blend of Roussane, Viognier and Grenache Blanc.
Appearance
A limpid, brilliant pale-yellow color with lovely golden highlights.
Aroma
An open, engaging nose of jammy white fruit (peach and nectarine) and quince paste, followed by mirabelle plum and white flowers. A rich, greedy nose.

Taste
Very pretty on the palate, with a round, fleshy attack that clearly reproduces the aromas of the nose. In the second phase, freshness gives this full-bodied wine a fine balance and length, still with fruit.
