A grand blanc always begins with a story... After 25 years of research into the terroirs of Provence, I was inspired to create a grand blanc with sharp, delicate teeth. Harmony is sometimes a given that man can refine through his knowledge. This wine has been energized by Mother Nature through the hand of the winemaker. An alchemy between technology and the moon. A wine with eccentric accents for our "Côtes de Provence" appellation, but with character.
