The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and come from vineyards between 50 and 100 years old. In the glass, a deep dark color, on the nose, a fascinating palette of aromas of dried plums, cherries, blackcurrants, accompanied by floral notes, fine toasted aromas, hints of vanilla and spices reminiscent of cloves and coriander, on the palate, a powerful and complex wine, but never too concentrated, straightforward, complex, velvety tannins, underlined by a fine acid structure, incredibly persistent.
