A marvel. A lot of substance, it can go well with many dishes. It's worth holding out to keep a few bottles in the cellar, as this wine has enormous potential.

Length, fatness, opulence... Decidedly a great wine. The hardest thing is to leave a few bottles in the cellar to fully enjoy its evolution.

the viognier is very present on the finish, which is very pleasant.
