    In a few words ...

Cuvée Tête de Bélier, whose name reflects its powerful aromas, comes from the Château Puech-Haut estate in the Languedoc-Roussilon region. This red wine, with its garnet-red color and subtle violet highlights, is a blend of different grape varieties, including Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. This skilful blend of black grapes translates on the palate into spicy, woody, toasty flavors. Its notes of red fruits and spices go perfectly with red meat and game. Tête de Bélier can be drunk quickly or cellared for several years.

« La tête de Bélier 2017 Saint-Drézéry est un assemblage plus que séduisant", "arômes de fumée, de garrigue et de cerise noire se combinent au nez", "une pointe de réglisse sur la longue finale."

Excellent wine, powerful, full of character... accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie platter, it was top notch.

a sure bet... Quite a complex wine, with good length. A pleasant vanilla note. A few hours' aeration will bring out the best in this wine. For my part, I'll forget about these bottles for a few years in my cellar.

A thick, dark color that suggests a gourmet mouth: bingo! Power and structure to match! Drink with a fine piece of meat for a moment of grace.

Although still a little young, this wine is still very pleasant on the palate. It deserves to age a few more years.

It really is a great bottle, with length and body. A rich wine that may seem heavy to some, but that's often the case with great wines.

A very good product, regardless of the year, a quality wine. Worth waiting a few more years to express its full potential.
