In a few words ...
A cuvée armed with patience, it comes from a selection of vines that have given us the scent of black fruit forbidden by its brambles. Long vinification with 20 days in vats, followed by several months' ageing in concrete tanks. Slow, delicate cellar work with repeated small pump-overs to gently extract the silkiest aromas and tannins. Syrah predominates, producing a wine of lovely, ripe red fruit and roundness. Carignan adds pleasant freshness and acidity. Grenache completes the wine with notes of strawberry and silky tannins. On our plots with shallow, chalky soils. The freshness of the soil and the fruit of year-round sunshine.
