A deep, expressive red wine, 100% Syrah, from the sunny terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Its intense ruby color precedes a generous nose of cherry, blackberry, strawberry, spice and pepper. On the palate, the attack is subtle, the texture supple and fresh, with good concentration. Aged in concrete vats, it should be drunk between 16°C and 18°C, with a 30-45 minute decanting period recommended.
