A 100% Syrah rosé de saignée from the Coursan terroirs (Aude). Its delicate color precedes a charming, fruity nose, with aromas of red fruits, grenadine and exotic fruits. On the palate, it offers freshness and perfect balance. Aged in stainless steel vats after gentle maceration, it should be enjoyed between 16°C and 18°C, ideally young.
