A 100% Syrah natural red wine, grown in Coursan (Aude) on a terroir of rounded pebbles and clay-limestone subsoil. Its ruby-red color with purplish tints announces a beautiful lightness. On the nose, it seduces with aromas of cherry, raspberry, redcurrant and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the structure is fruity and greedy, with a spicy finish. Aged in stainless steel vats, it should be enjoyed ... at 18°C, after decanting for 20-30 minutes. Perfect with grilled prime rib, lasagne or moussaka.
