The winemaker

The current field is located on the slopes of the Donzelle and on the hillside overlooking the Castle Dardagny. Edmond RAMU who took the field in 1925, INNNOVA by introducing for the first time in Switzerland, the taileGuyot on wire. He also made new vine planting trials (red and white hybrids). Passionate about quality wine, he planted the first Gamay and Pinot Black in 1936, he obtained his wines with numerous awards, including gold medals in Lucerne in 1954 and Lausanne in 1964. Charles RAMU-CACCIA that over the estate in 1955; enlarged to its current size of 18 hectares. He introduced Aligoté, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Muscat, and gets 3 gold medals at the Ljubljana Exhibition in 1980 for his Chasselas, his Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. In 1981 it came to add a gold medal champion title for its Gewurztraminer. All these wines are made to the property by his son Claude RAMU which covers the area since 1982, he was named "Domain Centauri", and asked the painter to draw Serge Diakonoff labels its new wines.
