Summertime by La Gordonne is an organic wine, grown in accordance with the European specifications for this label. The vineyard is protected using only sulfur and copper. Similarly, the soil is maintained by ploughing. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes are planted on a soil composed mainly of schist, and ripen on our terroir in a harmonious balance under the Provencal sun.
