Château barouillet - splash! 2020the château barouillet is located in pomport, in the dordogne. It has been a family estate for 8 generations, managed today by grandfather yves alexis, father gérard alexis and son vincent alexis. The 45-hectare vineyard is divided into 5 blocks: 20 hectares of montbazillac, 9 hectares of bergerac rouge, 5 hectares of pécharmant, 1 hectare of côtes de bergerac moelleux and 9 hectares for dry white vinification. A great deal of work has gone into organic farming, with the entire estate certified or in cinversion in 2014. This organic process is accompanied by biodynamic treatments.splash is a natural tillant produced by vincent alexis. It is made from 100% sulphuric acid.
