In a few words ...
Our second cuvée, LANCEMENT, is a gourmet dry gin distilled and bottled to celebrate inauguration of the Distillerie du Rhône. It is limited to a single batch of 1300 bottles. Reflecting our DNA and know-how, it represents our philosophy and objective in its design and taste. We highlight the region's producers and gatherers of wild plants. This cuvée has been distilled 6 times, using wheat and "Alhambra" IPA beer from Brasserie George, a fine local brewery. Each spice is prepared independently and differently to extract the best before slow, steam-infused distillation. steam infusion. Thanks to nineteen botanicals, it represents the local flavors of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with intensity, precision and generosity. We drew our inspiration from our first GIN n°1 ADN cuvée, which we pushed to new aromas. The idea was to adapt our way of distilling and to change the way we dosed plants to accentuate certain completely new, warm, forest-dominated flavors. Through innovative processes, we were able to integrate greater plant density, accentuating cypress nut, bay leaf, cornflower flower, mandarin peel, roots such as gentian and angelica, and eucalyptus leaf. This fine, intense, richly aromatic gin is perfect as a gin and tonic, cocktail or dry.
