A full-bodied Minervois - La Livinière with notes of red fruit, already ready to drink. The blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache produces aromas of red berries. This new cuvée meets the expectations of wine lovers who prefer their livinière to be lightly oaked, thanks to barrel ageing for more than three wines, leaving little mark on the wine. Elegance and silky tannins....35% cinsault, 25% grenache, 40% syrah. In conversion to organic farming, manual harvest, use of sorting tables, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, crushing, pumping over, ageing in oak barrels, blending, traditional cork, ageing in French barrels, clay-limestone soils.
