Our only blended wine is a great pride for our first Erigone Cuvée Rosé we received the Decanter Bronze Medal with 87 points out of 100. VARIETY 60% Merlot / 30% Blue Pinot / 10% Cabernet Sauvignon TERROIRS Clay-marl soil (Ponca) 1 plot in Bilje and 1 plot in Loke Planting years: 1980, 1985, 1990, 2000 Area: 6 ha and 4 ha GROWING METHOD Natural tending towards organic Manual harvest with grape sorting and optimized date selection through parcel-by-parcel monitoring of ripeness. WINEMAKING Short, light pneumatic pressing, 24-hour settling followed by decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. AGING After 7 months in stainless steel vats, the wine is prepared for bottling. Homeopathic fining and gentle filtration are carried out if necessary.

Light ruby with a hint of orange. The color of the glass is magnificent, elegant pink with classic red wine hues.
