Our Signature, living testimony to the historic links between Burgundy and Collio Brda. Indeed, thanks to Comte Latour, who married a Friulian woman, Chardonnay, like Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon, has been present in the region for 180 years. Yellow gold. Slight scent of banana, pineapple and tropical fruit. With a warm taste reminiscent of the Mediterranean. Hand-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation 85% in stainless steel vats, 25% in 220-l barrels (Burgundian) for 6 months. Aging: 12 to 18 months in stainless steel vats.

I wasn't familiar with Slovenian wines, and this one's not bad at all. Very fruity, with banana and lychee notes. A good chardonnay!
