The plot of Négrette for the Si noire cuvée is located at the top of the Château Flotis hillside. Planted on a gravelly terroir and sheltered by oak woods, this parcel is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the estate. These 2 ha give us the very best of Négrette: purity and intensity of fruit. The yield is around 30 hl/ha. Négrette : 100
