In a few words ...
Very pale white gold. Dried wild flower and lightly cooked apple on the nose, with hints of sweet spices. Crisp, slightly saline, lemony Sémillon with lovely texture and long finish. Tasty, but relatively light for a wood-aged white, the finish is very fruity, balanced by chalky acidity.
