Origin: - Grape variety: Malbec (côt) 60%, Cabernet Franc 40%. - Soil: Flinty clay - Pruning : Guyot - Yield: 55 hl/ha Vinification: Grapes are vinified separately for each variety, and blended in the spring following the harvest. Ageing : Malbec is kept in vats, Cabernet Franc is aged for 1 year in oak barrels. cabernet franc, blending and aging for 3 months in vats before bottling at the estate.
