Earl Champagne Gaudinat Boivin et FilsEstimated delivery between 26 and Dec 28,
A blend of the 3 Champagne grape varieties, with a majority of Meunier, this cuvée rested for 3 years in our cellars before disgorging. A more brut and "natural" version of Champagne, it fully expresses the aromas of a wine at its peak, thanks to its specific dosage (a liqueur composed of sugar and wine). Crus: Festigny, Leuvrigny (Marne Valley) Grape varieties: 75% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay/Pinot noir Blend: Wines from the year's harvest (55%) and reserve wines (45%). Bottle ageing: 3 years minimum Disgorging: 6 to 12 months before marketing Dosage: 4 g/L
