In a few words ...
Le Secret is a Chilean wine from the Viu Manent estate, made from 85% Carménère grapes, 15% of which are blended with other varieties. The grapes come from the El Olivar vineyard (near the town of Peralillo, Colchagua Valley), where these Carménères deliver their maximum expression. After vinification, 49% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.

Appearance
Intense violet color with garnet highlights.
Aroma
Its nose is gourmand with aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit such as plums and cherries, with a touch of black pepper and freshly ground coffee.

Taste
Blackberry and cocoa dominate the palate. Intense and deep on the palate, the wine has a fine tannic structure, with balance and an intensely fruity, velvety and very pleasant finish.
