The Sea Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Te Awanga vineyard, where the soils produce grapes of superb quality, and great attention is paid to their ripeness and harvesting (by hand), with gentle vinification using indigenous yeasts to bring out the wines' fresh, fruity character, then kept on fine lees for 16 months to enhance texture and complexity.
