The village of Savigny-Lès-Beaune lies to the north of Beaune. The vineyard, situated at an altitude of 220m to 360m, with clay-limestone soils dotted with stones. Hand-harvested, the grapes are rigorously sorted and semi-stripped before vinification. Traditional fermentation and ageing in oak barrels for 14 months.
