Ludovic chanson is a native of Vouvray, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry, where he worked as a biochemist. A wine enthusiast, his encounter with vincent carême in 2000 inspired him to make wine as naturally as possible. trained by damien delecheneau in 2005-2006, he was laid off from pfizer laboratories in 2008, and set up his own business in 2009, wanting to work organically. He started with 6 hectares and ended up with 7 hectares and the desire not to expand, so as to be able to control the entire production chain with as few personnel as possible.
