Cuvée Sainte Ombeline comes from a plot of Chardonnay grapes protected by an Abbey wall. This protects the grapes from attack by the surrounding sea salt. That's why this cuvée is produced with 100% indigenous yeasts. It's the perfect expression of the St Honorat terroir! Worn to the lips, the attack is silky-smooth, underpinned by fine acidity. The racy nectar reveals all its chiselled aromas. A delicate bouquet of citrus fruit, fresh flowers, minerality and hints of roasted almonds. Charming and harmonious in its aromatic finesse, Cuvée Ombeline's exceptional persistence is reminiscent of a deep, intense palate. Cuvée Sainte Ombeline (Chardonnay)
