This vineyard is located in southern Burgundy, in the Mâconnais region. It extends around Pouilly-Fuissé. Its southern part touches the Beaujolais region. The vineyards are planted on limestone rock. This wine's particularity lies in the alliance between Burgundy's clay-limestone soils, perfectly suited to the finesse of the Chardonnay grape, and a semi-continental climate generous with sunshine, giving it richness and character.

An attractive, deep straw yellow color.
Aroma
On the nose, it reveals a light smokiness, followed by delicate floral scents of acacia and fern, evolving onto ripe fruit and a hint of aniseed.

A truly excellent Saint Véran, clearly recognizing the work of Maison Bichot, and we can't be disappointed. Expressive nose, with hints of acidity. We just love it!
