Its name comes from the presence of iron oxide in the soil where Mourvèdre sinks its roots. It benefits from the presence of limestone pebbles, which keep it cool in summer. Round, suave and intense, this wine deserves to be savored for its black fruit and licorice aromas. Good ageing potential.
