This is a delicately structured wine, with depth and plenty of freshness; a fruity, juicy Cabernet Franc with silky tannins that makes you want to have more. Ruben is a true chameleon. It goes easily with all kinds of dishes, simple or more sophisticated, and can be opened from aperitif to dessert.
