Golden pink with brilliant reflections. Very fine, dynamic beading, with a regular, persistent string of pearls. The intense bouquet reveals ripe fruit (blackcurrant) and candied orange. Delicate notes of orange blossom and Madagascan vanilla. A very robust bouquet, opening slowly, deep and sweet. Round and ample on the attack. A sunny wine with tactile effects. Spherical (ripe anthocyanins, sweet, almost liquorish impression) and at the same time deep with a fresh, chalky finish accompanied by notes of hazelnut and cocoa beans. The choice not to undergo malolactic fermentation was very important in preserving the very great freshness that gives the wine lightness and makes it juicier and more persistent.
