In a few words ...
The Empreinte de Quartz Riesling develops a fine aroma with mineral notes, and retains its freshness. It comes from the Fronholz hillside, at an altitude of 200 meters, in the commune of Epfig. The top of the hillside enjoys a south-facing exposure that is ideal for Riesling. The soil is a mixture of quartz, silica and marl, with grey on the surface and clay at depth.
