A deep, structured red wine, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Merlot (30%), grown on the rolled pebbles of Coursan (Aude). After 15 days' pellicular maceration and ageing in concrete vats, it reveals a rich nose of jammy black fruits, spices and subtle woody notes. On the palate, its power is balanced by freshness and smooth tannins. Enjoy at 19°C, with 30-45 minutes decanting rec... ommended. A wine of character, ideal with roasted meats or simmered dishes.
