The "Rendez-vous" cuvée is the fruit of a great deal of care and attention, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Lightness, finesse and elegance preserve the delicate aromas of Chenin. This wine keeps all its promises. Elaborated according to the Traditional Method of second fermentation in the bottle after selection of the wines. Aged for 3 years on laths before disgorging, with a portion aged in oak barrels.
This "Rendez-vous" vintage sounds like a festive, convivial call to celebrate the finer things in life! Let yourself be tempted!

Appearance
Slightly golden in color, bursting with fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, aromas of white fruits mingle with those characteristic of Vouvray after several years' aging (dried fruits, lightly toasted).
