Château des Fougères Clos Montesquieu is a château that once belonged to the philosopher Montesquieu, located on the left bank of the Bordeaux vineyards in the commune of La Brède. It produces AOC Graves red wines. The estate is overseen by the team of world-renowned oenologist Derenoncourt, and the world's leading natural extracts group Biolandes is involved in its development. The vineyard has a total surface area of 13 ha, made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Domaine Lafage is a family estate dating back to 1798. Its vineyards stretch from the shores of the Mediterranean to the foothills of the Pyrenees, in the heart of Roussillon. It is divided into three distinct terroirs representing the nuances of the Roussillon soils.

The Lafages have been winegrowers for over two centuries. Before taking over the family estate, Jean-Marc Lafage and his wife Éliane studied oenology and participated in harvests and vinifications in Australia, California, Latin America and South Africa.

Domaine Mosny is a family story that began in the 1920s. 5 generations later, Thierry Mosny has taken over the reins of the estate.

The vineyard is planted with Chenin, the only grape variety authorized in the appellation. Currently in conversion to organic farming, the vineyard is managed with respect for the environment. Each wine has its own personality and reveals a part of the terroir.

For 4 generations, Champagne Th. Petit has operated a winery in the heart of Ambonnay, a small, flower-filled medieval village at the foot of the slopes of the Montagne de Reims. The House has just celebrated its 50th anniversary! It was founded by Daniel Chanzy in 1974 in Bouzeron, in the northern part of the Côte Chalonnaise.

HVE-certified, Chanzy's quest for excellence translates into precise work in the vineyard and the cellar, as well as a desire to promote Burgundy and its appellations that deserve to be better known, such as Bouzeron, Rully and Mercurey.

Château de Saint-Martin, located in Taradeau in the Var, is one of the 23 Crus Classés of Provence! Château de Saint-Martin rosé is a long, velvety wine. It goes wonderfully well with fish dishes, especially sea bream à la provençale. It also goes well with duck breast with cherry compote, and quail stuffed with grapes.

Domaine de Montahuc is a 17-hectare wine estate in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois. Situated between 280 and 300 meters above sea level, on very chalky, stony soil, the estate produces wines with a fresh, mineral character. The story began in 2005, when long-time friends Julian and Michel decided to buy this small farmhouse together, where the vines had been worked organically since 1990! For 15 years, the estate produced exclusively Vin Doux Naturel, and 2 years in a row won a gold medal at the Meilleurs Muscats du Monde competition.
