Fontaine du Clos

The family estate's 40 grape varieties are planted on a site steeped in history. The Battle of Sarrians between Avignonnais and Carpentrassiens took place here in 1791. Jean-François Barnier and his team describe themselves as “passionate farmers with an attachment to the values of hard work”, and together they produce a goldsmith's work of great precision, no doubt linked to their parallel activity as nurserymen.
