La Rose Pauillac

La Rose Pauillac was founded in 1933 by a group of thirty winegrowers who wanted to pool their equipment and share their know-how to make a great Pauillac wine. The region's vines had just gone through a number of serious crises, including the devastating phylloxera epidemic. Thus was born the Groupement de producteurs La Rose Pauillac, the oldest cooperative in Aquitaine.
