Welcome to Sébastien Dauliac, the fifth in the order of generations on the Capelanel estate. A magnificent place whose soils have the particularity of being siderolithic (clay mixed with iron shards). These brown soils are rare in the appellation and produce Malbecs with exceptional freshness and length in the mouth. Sébastien has always favored finesse over extraction to offer Cahors that are more rectilinear than square.
