Olivier Martin manages this fine cooperative with its state-of-the-art facilities, which his father presided over for thirty-five years. BARFONTARC: BAR de Baroville, FONT de Fontaine and ARC de Arconville, three neighboring villages overlooked by vineyard hillsides. In addition to a contemporary reception area, the cooperative boasts a beautiful reception hall with large bay windows overlooking the village and vineyards, and vaulted ceilings recreating the atmosphere of traditional cellars.
