Half of this wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and barrels, with a second fermentation and a minimum of 18 months' ageing, a reflection of the Chardonnay grape on its terroir. The calcareous veins of the terroir bring a minerality to this cuvée.
The finish is long and persistent, with excellent balance!
