In the heart of Mendoza, 1100 meters above sea level, the Perdriel district is renowned for the superb quality of its grapes and wines. Cruzat wines are made using the traditional method, which involves a 1st fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 12 months, followed by a 2nd fermentation in bottle and 12 months aging on fine lees.
Appearance
Composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this wine reveals a pale yellow color followed by a beautiful effervescence and fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, it offers notes of citrus, flowers and subtle aromas of tropical fruit.
