The "Prediction" cuvée is an evolution of our traditional cuvée. Cuvée Prediction is an evolution of Cuvée Tradition. The blend is identical, but the wine is aged in 5 hectoliter barrels. This gives it depth, allowing you to travel between complexity and fruitiness... 58% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. Conventional viticulture, mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, blending, ageing in cement tanks, partial ageing in oak barrels, clay-limestone soils, clay-gravel soils.
